To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all straps, pump, and carry bag, undamaged, and clean.

To start a return, contact us at info@sebbashade.com. Please note that returns will need to be mailed to our location in St Petersburg, FL. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
