30-Day Risk-Free Trial (United States Customers)
Try Sebba Shade risk-free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, simply send it back to us for a full refund. For our domestic US customers, not only do we pay the outgoing shipping costs for Sebba Shade, but we will also pay the incoming return shipping costs if you are not satisfied.
International Returns
We gladly accept returns from our international customers within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that our "Risk-Free" free shipping offer is valid for US customers only. For international returns, the customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our facility. Original shipping costs, as well as any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at checkout, are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility (All Customers)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned with all straps, pump, and carry bag, undamaged, and clean.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@sebbashade.com. Please note that all returns will need to be mailed to our location in St. Petersburg, FL.

US Customers: A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you.

International Customers: You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to mail your package back to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@flightdive.com or (727) 955-4332.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
